Instructional Updates:
Due to multiple issues with high school student phone use, we have instituted a high school cell phone policy:
To ensure a focused and distraction-free learning environment, cell phones are not permitted on campus during the school day.
- No Phones on Campus: Students are prohibited from using, carrying, or displaying cell phones while on school property during school hours. This includes before school, during after-school dismissal, and at lunch. Students who drive to school should leave their phones at the front desk upon check-in; a designated box will be available for this purpose.
- If Seen, Collected: Any phone seen or heard by staff will be collected and turned over to the administration.
- Parent Pickup Required: Collected phones must be retrieved by a parent/guardian from the administrators.
- Repeated Violations: Multiple infractions will result in referral to Dr. Ray.
This policy will take effect this week, and we appreciate your cooperation. As always, our goal is to protect instructional time and promote responsible use of technology.

Reminders:
As a reminder, at the end of the day, we line up on High School Avenue. Please refrain from approaching the school from Church Street to enter the school's driveway.
The afternoon pick-up usually takes about 20 minutes to complete. You can always arrive a little later at 3:00 pm and get right in line—just FYI. We usually complete pickup at 3:10 p.m.
If your child forgets something while loading, please pull off to the side and park. Have the student come back inside the building to retrieve the item. We've noticed that several students are going to the car and then returning to the building, which is causing delays in the line. Thank you for your cooperation.
